Each measure is defined precisely so it can be checked against the vault addresses rather than taken on trust.
- In the vault
- What the market's curve is holding right now, in shares of its backing fund, priced at current market. Every buy adds to it and every sell takes from it.
- Backing per token
- Vault basket value divided by tokens outstanding. It is the amount a holder receives per token on redemption, and it is the floor referenced everywhere else on this site.
- Backing ratio
- Basket value divided by the amount originally subscribed into a vault. It shows how the collateral has performed since the launch closed, independent of what the token trades at.
- Premium to backing
- The market price of a launched token divided by its backing per token. A value of 1.00 means the token trades exactly at collateral value. Anything above 1.00 is the premium the market is paying for the project itself, expressed as a multiple.
- Towards graduation
- A curve graduates once it has taken in a fixed amount — 4.2 ETH worth, converted into the backing fund when the market launches. Until then the price rises along the curve; afterwards the vault moves to a standing pool.
- Collateral held
- The combined value of every Shorolink vault at current fund prices, including vaults whose projects are no longer active. Collateral stays redeemable regardless of project status.
